The 1st July 2022 marks the 106th Anniversary of the Battle of the Somme, one of the defining battles of the Great War and a turning point in British history. Heralded as the ‘Big Push’, in one day alone more than 57,000 men became casualties, and in a battle that lasted 141 days it would become the graveyard of the Pals, of Kitchener’s Army. Join with us as we travel to the haunting Somme battlefields and attend the ceremony at Thiepval on the anniversary.
