We visit Snowdonia National Park, the largest National Park in Wales and home to the country's highest mountain. We'll admire the beautiful scenery with a journey on the spectacular Snowdon Mountain Railway. The train departs from Llanberis Station and crosses two viaducts, travelling past stunning waterfalls, through amazing rock-littered landscapes, and onto Clogwyn Station, which is 3/4 of way to the summit. The awe-inspiring scenery is a sight to behold.

We also call at Caernarfon, which is dominated by its mighty castle.

Today we visit the enchanting Italianate village of Portmeirion. Designed and built by Sir Clough Williams-Ellis between 1925 and 1975, admire the stunning Riviera-inspired architecture, sub-tropical gardens and colourful blooms. This really is a magical day out!
