Windsor Castle is the oldest and largest inhabited castle in the world and official residence of Her Majesty The Queen. Founded by William the Conqueror in the 11th century, it has since been the home of 39 monarchs. Today, The Queen spends most of her private weekends at the Castle. Highlights include the richly decorated State Apartments and St George's Chapel – burial place of 10 monarchs!

We spend the afternoon in glorious Windsor. Aside from its Royal connections, Windsor is a bustling town in a wonderful riverside location, with fantastic shopping opportunities and restaurants.

Our second royal visit takes us to magnificent Kensington, the official residence of TRH The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and their children. It was also the birthplace of Queen Victoria.

The palace is divided into two halves – public rooms including the Queen’s and King’s State Apartments, which you can visit and uncover the public and private stories of the young royal families that have lived here, and a separate, private side where members of the Royal Family live today.

Don’t miss the stunning Sunken Garden, featuring the statue of Diana, Princess of Wales, unveiled in July 2021.
