Hotels very poor , food at main hotel poor, lack of choice for evening meal. No tea or coffee facilities in room at main hotel. Excursions very good although visit to Verona is unsuitable for people with walking difficulties due to distance from coach park to centre.

Beautiful holiday but a little hard on the travelling. Getting to overnight hotels after the dining room has shut on both the journey there and the journey back wasn’t ideal. Perhaps shorter travel distance between hotels would be preferable. The general itinerary could have been better laid out. Just what exactly was going to happen that day with approximate journey times in advance would help. The journey back had a whole change of vehicle and where that was caught missing so had no idea we were to get off the coach.

Good holiday, spoilt by the very poor quality of the overnight hotel on our return journey. No porterage & no lift ( which isn’t suitable for the age of the customers), plus the bathroom was really old & dirty. No restaurant open on site when we arrived ( it closed at 9.00 pm and arrived later than this).
