I traveled with a friend and had been responsible for both bookings. We do not live near each other so we had separate pickup points and met up at Lymm, where we joined our tour coach. The travel arrangements made for me were excellent both outbound and inbound. Taxis were on time and both drivers were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately my friend had a less than ideal experience, as there was no taxi for the last leg of her inbound journey. The hotel was excellent in beautiful surroundings and the food really enjoyable and of good quality, with a choice of starters and main course, and a pleasant dessert. The excursions were well organised and interesting and well worth the money. A good enjoyable holiday.

No home pick up for a solo traveller - was told I had to ask for it separately.

The holiday was really good, the hotel one couldn't fault everything was spot on. Unfortunately the holiday was spoilt by the travel. I started out with a silver service coach that was exactly as you described in the info you sent but then at Lymm we changed coaches on to the main coach. This coach still said silver service on the outside but on the inside it was far from your description. It was so uncomfortable for long journeys. I was so disappointed that I came home and cancelled my holiday I had booked with you for September. This had been my first holiday with Ledger which had come highly recommended and has put me off travelling with you again
