Local departure by coach, then to our hotel in the Rhine Valley area in Germany for three nights.

Today we head to the Hockenheimring, the home of the German Grand Prix, to witness the qualifying session. Hockenheim’s first formula 1 race took place in 1971. The circuit was re-designed from a triangular shape, to an oval in 1938, and this design continued to be used until 2001, when it was decided that the circuit should be modified and modernised. The circuit was shortened, new stands added, and the course designed so that drivers would have increased possibilities for overtaking.

After the conclusion of the qualifying session, we will be transferred back to our hotel.
