Travel from your local town to your city-style hotel on the south side of London.

The RHS Chelsea Flower Show, formally known as the Great Spring Show, is a garden show held for five days in May by the Royal Horticultural Society in the grounds of the Royal Hospital Chelsea in Chelsea, London. Highlights to the Chelsea Flower Show include the avant-garde show gardens designed by leading names with Floral Marquee at the centrepiece. The Show also features smaller gardens such as the Artisan and Urban Gardens.

Enjoy a second day at the show.

There are over 100 world-class attractions to see and experience at Kew Gardens. From iconic buildings and glasshouses, to inspirational gardens and landscapes. Discover 250 years of history at the world's most famous gardens.

Wisley is a large and diverse garden covering 240 acres. In addition to numerous formal and informal decorative gardens, several glasshouses and an extensive arboretum, it includes small scale "model gardens" which are intended to show visitors what they can achieve in their own gardens, and a trials field where new cultivars are assessed.

Today you depart London making your way south into the county of Sussex. Your morning visit will be the Great Dixter, House and Gardens. Great Dixter was the family home of gardener and gardening writer Christopher Lloyd – it was the focus of his energy and enthusiasm and fuelled over 40 years of books and articles. Great Dixter is an historic house, a garden, a centre of education, and a place of pilgrimage for horticulturists from across the world.

You then continue your journey into the county of Kent enjoying time for lunch and an afternoon visit of Sissinghurst Castle and Gardens. Sissinghurst's garden was created in the 1930s by Vita Sackville-West, poet and gardening writer, and her husband Harold Nicolson, author and diplomat. The garden itself is designed as a series of 'rooms', each with a different character of colour and/or theme.

Free time to explore the capital city’s history and culture.

Depart after breakfast for your journey home.
