Join our included excursion to Berlin. Our optional guided tour will introduce you to the main sights of this very cosmopolitan city. See the remains of the Berlin Wall, the Reichstag Building, Checkpoint Charlie and the iconic Brandenburg Gate. Later, spend time strolling along the famous Unter den Linden boulevard, with its excellent shops and visit the huge KaDeWe department store.

Join our full-day, included excursion to Potsdam, the capital of Brandenburg. Our optional city tour will allow you to see the best of the sights, including the Old Market Square, St. Nicholas Church, the Russian Colony and Cecilienhof Palace. Later, we visit Sanssouci Palace and Gardens (admission is extra), former summer residence and favourite of Frederick the Great.

Included free day in Berlin. In the afternoon, you may wish to join our optional excursion to Charlottenburg Palace, one of Germany’s finest examples of Baroque architecture. Heavily damaged during WWII, the palace has been lovingly restored and is set in beautiful gardens.

Accommodation
You will stay for four nights at the 4-star Hotel Müggelsee, situated in Köpenick, approximately 15 miles from the centre of Berlin. The hotel is located in beautiful parkland with excellent views across the Müggelsee-Berlin Sea. Relax on the lakeside terrace or enjoy a drink in the bar before your buffet dinner. The hotel has a lift and restaurant and also a small fitness area with sauna and Jacuzzi.
Overnight stays in Belgium will be in city-style hotels.
