André Rieu in Maastricht

Join us on our one-of-a-kind holiday to watch renowned violinist and conductor, André Rieu, at one of his homecoming concerts in Maastricht. Taking over the Vrijthof Square in the centre of Maastricht, the open-air concert includes performances by André and the Johann Strauss Orchestra, special guests, and some of the best waltzes and classical music. Maastricht is André Rieu’s hometown, and the only city in the world where he performs open-air concerts every single year – the summer performances are the ultimate experience for his fans. Before we take our seats at the concert, we’ll enjoy a discovery of Maastricht and pre dinner concert in Maastricht.

Local departure by coach, then travel to our hotel.

We start our day with a visit to the city of Maastricht. Wander the charming old city centre or take some time out to see the Stokstraat Quarter, the Basilica of Our Lady and the Ramparts.

This evening, prior to the concert, we include a pre-concert meal in Maastricht.

Afterwards, we take our seat for the highlight of our tour – the André Rieu concert. From romantic, emotional ballads to celebrated waltzes, expect to be taken on a musical journey like no other as André captivates the crowd with his charismatic presence.

Maastricht André Rieu Concert

Today, we make the short journey to Brussels, a city of beautiful architecture and outstanding sights and attractions. Marvel at the Grand Place, one of the world’s most stunning squares with Baroque façades on guild houses and the town hall. Of course, you will have the opportunity to sample delicious Belgian food and drink in the many cafés and restaurants, including chocolates, waffles and traditional beers.
