Following departure from your local joining point, travel to the port for your Channel crossing to Calais. Continue your journey to your hotel in the Rhine Valley for a three nights stay.

Begin your included excursion through the beautiful Rhine Valley with a visit to Boppard, with its splendid Rhine Promenade. We continue to Rüdesheim, home of the vibrant Drosselgasse, lined with restaurants, bars and shops. Today we also include a river cruise on the Rhine as it meanders its way through its vine-clad gorge past fine medieval castles on the hillsides and the Loreley Rock. Tonight, we enjoy the highlight of our tour – the Rhine in Flames spectacle. With musical accompaniment and the medieval town of Oberwesel as the backdrop, the firework display is the highlight of this Rhine in Flames spectacular.

Enjoy a visit to the charming wine town of Cochem, in the Moselle Valley. You have time at leisure to explore the town, or you may prefer to relax with a glass of the locally produced white wine.

Leave your hotel after breakfast and travel back to Calais for your return Channel crossing and journey home.
